Solution
Implementation of a new marketing strategy called the Employee Program will involve utilizing a network of local stores in various provinces. The program will start at 75 SuperCheap stores in Phuket, Krabi, Phang Nga, and Surat Thani, where store staff will be trained to provide basic product information and assist with loan application processes. In addition, a team of well-trained product recommendation agents will visit the area to provide information and collect leads from individuals interested in applying for a loan.
